Located at the end of the village, typical of Charente Maritime, the property is spread over 7000 sqm, along the river "Briou", large grounds with high mature trees and bushes belonging to miscellaneous species. The creamy, indigenous stone of the old farmhouse is a perfect foil for flowers everywhere (Frédérique is an enthusiastic gardener).
