Clos du Plantis is intended for use by clients booking to stay in a Bed and Breakfast.

The best welcome is reserved for all guests, the owner will make every effort to satisfy them and advise them how best to discover the region.

Article 1

The reservation is effective upon receipt of a deposit of 30% of the cost of the total stay with a minimum of one night per room booked, and a signed reservation contract.

Absence of withdrawal: for all bookings, guests do not have the withdrawal period and in accordance with Article L121-2-4 of the Code of the French law.


Article 2

In case of cancellation by the customer, the owner must be notified by email or by post :

a) Cancellation more than 10 days before arrival: the deposit is retained by Clos du Plantis.

b) Cancellation less than 10 days before arrival or if the client does not arrive before 7pm on the arrival date: the entire cost of the stay is due.

c) In the case of an early departure, the entire cost of the stay is due.


Article 3

In case of cancellation by the owner, the sums paid by the customer will be reimbursed.


Article 4

The balance is payable on arrival at the Clos du Plantis, the holiday tax will be detailed on the bill.

Payments accepted: bank transfer, credit card (except American Express), cheque, cash.


Article 5

Arrival from 4pm and before 7pm; In case of late arrival, the customer must warn the owner.
After 9.00 pm, 25€ fees will be applied

Departure: the room must be vacated no later than 11am.

The owner wishes bookings of minimum 2-nights stay in high season.


Article 6

Guests agree to respect the tranquility of the place and leave the room in perfect condition, any damage to the rooms or contents may incur a charge :

a) Le Clos du Plantis is non-smoking in the rooms and public areas (ashtrays are provided outside).

b) In case of degradation, the customer agrees to pay the expenses of reimbursement of damaged items.

c) At the end of the stay, if the room is released in a very dirty state, the owner may require the payment of a cleaning fee of 60€ for the restoration of the room.

d) For hygiene reasons, the house does not accept our animal friends. This refusal may in no way be considered a modification or termination of contract by the owner's initiative: if the guest leaves, no refund can be considered.


Article 7

Customers undertake to read the safety precautions of the home and pool (regulations in the rooms and the pool house).


Article 8

Any special requests from the guests will be studied and possibly validated by agreement with the owner.
